Hey all!

Since we constantly MO to porn, our brains associate our orgasms with porn and that's why it's easy for us to do it with porn. However, while in the rebooting phase, is there a way to transition that so that our brain gets used to the female body instead? What I mean is:

Getting an erection just as easily you would by watching porn when you're with a female

Finishing fast in bed (Most guys don't want this but I never got to experience this due to my PIED, I would last for a good 20-30 mins but I could never finish)

Increased sensitivity

Also one more thing, is it possible to constantly enjoy sex with the same woman? I ask this because when we look for porn we constantly look for that perfect video and we have a huge array of porn to choose from. But will our brain allow former addicts to constantly enjoy sex with the same woman since what you see is what you get?

For the three bullet points: Most of them can be tackled by abstaining from MO for a while. In my personal experience, for me 2 days were sufficient to be much more excited during sex. Of course, there are a lot more factors at play. Experience comes with practice.

You will get soooo much more from real sex. It's not the same league. It's not even the same game. And yes, while sex with the same woman may get a little boring over a long time, there's a lot of things you can do to spice things up again. But that's out of scope of NoFap and if you just get to know a girl, you really don't need to worry about that. It's quite the opposite: Sex should improve over time
