Hey everyone! Like most of you I have succumbed to the darkness known as pornography. Which would eventually lead one further into more degrading and horrific variations. However I'm glad to say that I have pledged never to masturbate to porn again. No artificial stimulus anymore.

Backstory:

I only started masturbating when I was 17, I'm 19 now. I noticed back then I would get rock hard erections just holding hands with a girl. Even leaked some pre-cum too. Now after all the porn and masturbation. I can stay erect for awhile but would lose my erection mid-way through sex. This was extremely crushing and I vowed to go back to the way I was.

Honestly, the way I felt everyday before masturbation came into my life. I had SO many good habits. I was extremely actively practicing parkour, calisthenics, sprinting and swimming etc. And I was very lean and fit. Always had good reactions about my body. Some even asked if I took steroids. But no, it was because those things were my lifestyle. Ever since I started masturbating I wouldn't have time or the mood for these anymore. I'm still in good shape (thankfully), but I feel like I've lost so much of the energy I once had. Almost felt like an unlimited supply.
