Congrats on 7+ days! Be careful with chat, if you feel it could be addicting for you. Chat became part of my porn, as I soon got the same excitement of the novelty of connecting up. If chat is helping to socialize and ultimately find offline, real world relationships, that's one thing. If chat is becoming a thrill in itself, be careful as I found it can become compulsive like PMO. Good luck!
Actually, I spent the entire day doing it (I had nothing else to do for once) and found it very frustrating. I wanted to hook up insanely bad, but the women I spoke to were more interested in just fantasizing... either way, I still am not going to fap! The only relief I'll get is from real contact.
you may be allowed to chat with women all day because it is not porn or masturbation. and it may not cause any temptations for you, but if you feel like it is causing you to have urges it might not be the best thing for you. if it bothers you don't do it, if you don't think it is affecting you with your PMO problems then it should be fine.
I got quite close to masturbating (not to porn) today... but the entire time I was chatting to these women I did not touch myself. Though I feel like I wasted an entire day, I feel I did well not to do anything. The urge right now is strong though! But I just looked at my counter, and I haven't done it for 8 days!
