I'm starting my nofap journey for the third time now and am on day 2. My previous attempts were 32 and 42 days. This time I really don't care about the days or the challenge I'm just going to change my lifestyle for good.

Theres one thing that is not in line with my goals though and that is whenever I go on a lengthy streak and then have sex with a girl I literally last about 10 seconds and this is a big deal for me. I've actually start fapping again both times because I wanted to build my tolerance to o back up but then I just get hooked again and am where I started.

So I was wondering if everyone becomes more sensitive to orgasm when on NoFap and if anyone has tips on lasting longer even when on a long streak?

    Hey man!

I have the same problem... I already had premature ejaculation before nofap but I guess nofap really doesn't help... In some way, the sexual energy accumulated with nofap makes me feel more comfortable with girls, but in the same time I don't do any move because I know how it will end if it goes further and how ashamed and frustrated I will be...
Now I try to figure out if I should keep on doing nofap or go back to an orgasms routine...
It's a hard choice, because I like the way nofap makes me feel but I don't want to abstain from sexe for the rest of my life...
Actually I came here trying to find an alternative way and that's how I found your post...
I'll tell you if I find something interesting ;)

By the way, did you already have premature ejaculation before nofap or is that all new for you?

    Ok Guys,

Don't even think about quitting nofap. I've suffered from PE at times as well. The solution for this is to control your sexual energy. It's a psychological thing too. If you're anxious about comming too soon, chances are you will. I've done my research on this and I concluded that you need to focus on having pleasure with the girl, on pleasing her and enjoying yourself. Don't focus on your dick, that's bad for both premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. There's various sexual energy transformation techniques out there, look them up and experiment! It's about letting your sexual energy flow through your chakras instead of letting it build up down there until you burst. You can practice this whilst meditating and utilize when having sex.

Please don't stop nofap, remember why you started!

Here's a great quote that I found on here:

"You didn't start NoFap because NoFap is Heaven. You started NoFap because PMO is Hell."

Here's my two cents on the matter.

I have PE myself, and pretty strong I suppose (can't know for sure, haven't checked in the last 36 days) but I know that I had PE ever since I can remember being exposed to porn. From the all the research and thinking I have done on this subject I have come to one simple conclusion.

    Stop worrying about it.

There's just no point in cracking your head on this matter. The time it takes you to ejaculate is not the only paramter which determines your life, your relationship or the quality of your sex life for that matter. I don't have to tell you that there are other ways to satisfy your woman... Make her feel good, take your time, and once you've done that stop worrying about how long it'll take you. And most importantly don't quit NoFap because of this. This just sounds like another bullshit reason to start watching porn again. Don't go that road, buddy.

I became more sensitive in the very beginning but soon that goes away and you will be able to last longer. But the only way is giving up porn for good or at least enough time for your body to reset. But I think we the changes you notice you won't want to go back to that life.

Having accomplished 50 days last time round, and then having regular sex over a period of a month, I can safely say the PE fades as you practice sex. But to practice it, you have to be able to get it up! So get those days under your belt first!
