Hey guys, Why I'm trying to stop: I'm not a religious freak or anything like that, not a Quran basher. Anywho, I've been trying to quit since I started practicing my religion and feel like crap every time I watch these things online. Where I am now: I don't look at porn per se, no nudity, just undergarments. I look at models or really attractive people online, particularly youtube; wrestling videos are a weakness. I will generally keep watcching those things until I jizz my pants; I feel too guilty to actually go and fap in the bathroom. God this is gross. I'm on a gap year and bored as fudge Maximum abstinence: I can quite easily abstain for 5-7 days, after that it get's hellish. I've managed about 35days before by just being away from any internet connection. Goal: Four months and I would consider myself free from this. Would people advise me on how to use this website please OR point me to the right sticky thread
