Hi everyone! I'm really glad I found this site, I just finished masturbating against my will (believe me, I wish to stop) and I decided to find out if masturbating is really harmful to the average human or not. @Nicole welcome to nofap. You may have noticed our minds are weak when we start this journey and it is not fully made up but as you keep at it you resolve grows stronger. For the first few days make time to come to this site and write your journal and read others. I think it's encouraging (although it's a bummer when you need to reset it) to see, by the hour, where you're at on the path to that goal.
