    Hi, first day here. Been addicted to porn since I was about 14. I turn 40 in June and I'm sick of being, what feels like, a slave to my urges. I've tried many times over the years to give up but end up going back to square 1. I'm not used to talking about this or usually opening up to people in any way. Also I don't regularly use forums so any help with these would be greatly appreciated.

    Well done man. A good friend was in his mid 50s before he kicked this habit and he's been SO MUCH happier. Never too late -- don't get down on yourself because you're turning 40, get pumped because you've still got so many awesome years ahead!
