Hey all - I'm curious to hear what your thoughts are on this: Today is day 15 of the 90-day, hard mode reboot challenge I am currently undertaking. Already in these past two weeks I have felt a major boost in my sexual drive and constant urge to have some sort of release, which I expected. I'm wondering though, what kinds of things have you found to be helpful when you're hit with built-up pressure down south? I know urges pass but this kind of pressure seems to be different, lasting for a while, especially if I've been sitting down for a long time. Thoughts?
Workout, go out for a jog, do yoga, meditate, stay active, do whatever you love (or you don't love) to keep your energy flowing. You have gained this energy to be used up in positive things; if you don't do anything about it, you will end up releasing this energy away.
Okay, obviously... but I mean in general, whenever you feel that pressure build up like you really need a good release, what do you do? It's not always when I'm sitting down.
So it's essentially a transfer in physical energy. Makes sense. I guess staying active is definitely the key - good thing I've been working out regularly! Maybe this has been helping more than I've realized.
