Day 1 Felt tired and needed lots of sleep amount of sleep needed: 12 hours Gym session was good but felt a little bit weaker and smaller: (5/10) Amount of work I got done today minuscule: (2/10) Stress levels through the roof: (9/10) Looks from girls, got quite a few because I am pretty attractive but not as much as usual: (5/10) Happiness with life right now: (2/10) I'm going to journal everyday and see how my numbers change also I will be taking a picture a day of my body development that I will post at the end of 30 days. expecting to see results daily is unrealistic, in fact I recall hearing somewhere that people who would look at their weight often would do worse than their counterparts that didn't, same logic should apply here. The main motivational tool is always progress, seeing it is believing it, not seeing will just make you feel like you aren't improving, making you fair worse. I advise to check yourself once every other week or so, just enough time to see actual progress I feel.
I agree that to see results daily is unrealistic but, I am doing this to just keep a daily journal to motivate me not to pmo as well.
