I have been suffering from PMO from 3-4 years. I have tried several ways but neither of them seemed to work. My longest streak has been up to 18 days. But at last relapse , I was very very very depressed and I thought to play a mind trick with myself. I fapped at 3:54 pm. Consider it to be 4:00 pm Now, I have myself a little challenge to abstain atleast for 1 day. = till next day (4:00pm) I did it for 1 day and gave a √ On the box in front of 1 day Then I challenged myself for 2 days After 2 days I checked on the box in front of 2 Then for 3 and today I will check on it at 4:00 Tomm I will start for 4 Note, This can only be accomplished, if you can cheat your brain. Like, if u feel like fapping on 1st day of the 3 days challenge. Think In your mind that it's been only 2 days The guilty you will feel won't allow you to fap. The truth is that your actual streak is of 3 days. As you go far, your time gap will keep on increasing. Note-never ever try to consider your real streak as it will same as counting days and you will not be cheating your brain anymore. I am very poor on English, sorry if my method seems to be not understandable. I have attached a file to give u some idea

I have a new method. Instead of doing days. Count only up to 7. After that just count weeks. For example: 13 days: 1 week 6 days. Focus on the numbe of weeks. Keep the number of days low so your mind won't think it's too big. And aim high, without a desired amount of days you will keep relapsing.

Wet dream is ok. Your body will do that once a month naturally in order to get rid of waste objects from the sperm. Do not restart keep going! Even if it is not the waste products but actual semen then it's also ok, it's part of your journeys. It will happen a lot more in the beginning, eventually it will subside. It is usually due to your thoughts, partially and past neurological circuits that retain images due to your past porn use. Continuing with the thoughts theory....what you contemplate the most you become. Hence if you constantly think about sex, wet dreams will be unavoidable. That is why it is prescribed to abstain from thought of women. We can clearly see why in this scenario. The thought is just the same thing as the action. Your mind cannot distinguish imagination from reality. What you think about he most the neuroplacisity in your brain will confirm to that. Some food for thought

That's a nice idea i do same thing. For me its better to think in terms of percentage. After all 1 day on 7 day challenge is 15% compared to 3.5% of 30 day. Last time i started with 5 days challenge and kept going till 30 days, increasing 5 days of at a time. After changing 10 to 15 days i think, I am already 66% in so why give up.
