    Hi all,

    I'm nearly 40, started to use porn since my early 20's.

    I want to stop.

    It's not healthy and leaves me feeling shit.

    Upto 5 days now. Feeling decent that I can get a grip on it.

    Will take some time still. Each day feels it's a little longer than the last one.
