  1. I posted yesterday, however I do want keep posting on my story, I would not consider myself an addict, no way. However I do want to quit this porn and masturbation thing for good, like I want to put it in the grave and never look back. I read, I meditate, I have a gratitude journal, I read my daily goals six times a day. I have a flip phone because I do not want to look at porn. I just need some knowledge and advice to finally put this thing to an end for good.
I want to live that fully abundance life, I do not want to just live, I want to design a life. I am 25 years old, but I am just done with this whole thing. Please if anyone has more knowledge and information, please send me a comment. LETS QUIT FOR GOOD AND SAY GOODBYE TO THE OLD YOU AND HELLO THE NEW YOU.

One good thing to do is to write something a lot like this down on paper. Write what negative effects porn is causing in your life. Whether you feel that it's unhealthy, a time waster, or whatever else comes to mind.
Write down where you want your life to be. Your relationships, career, and all around life. Write down what good will come from quitting porn, so that when the urges come back, you can look at that piece of paper and re-prioritize

Not everyone involved in PMO is an addict so I can believe you there. However, it's important to acknowledge the truth IF you find yourself not in control of your situation. Accepting the truth is a victory.

I admire your willingness to put this filthy habit to rest. I agree with you. It will take a crap load of strength, perseverance, wisdom and GUTS - Deciding to kill it is a bold move. Why you ask? Because it will come back to haunt you 7 times than stronger. Both in body and in spirit.

However, keep chasing that abundant life! It is definitely within sight. A positive mind, healthy habits and spirit of steel are necessary tools in defeating PMO and attaining that abundant life. You are a conqueror! Remain hungry for that victory, brother!

  4. Thank you PornMustDie Dude, I really like the post you have mentioned, is there any tips you can give me? I truly believe in the all benefits and rewards that come with quitting, however quitting is not easy, I am a week clean of porn which is good, I will keep this up.

It's a daily battle. So everyday, wake up with a soldier's mentality. Know that you're going to war but that you are thirsty for success over your enemy! Have that drive and determination to finish what you have started and to NOT be a quitter - Relapse is not a MUST.

It's like going off drugs. There will be withdrawal symptoms that will make you feel like the only way you can feel okay/normal again is by going back into. PMO is like the Devil, it's a BIG liar. Makes you think it's good when really, it's destructive.

Cement yourself in positivity. Pray, meditate, seek an accountability partner - Be active, mate. The more your mind is focused on more important things, the less time you have to think about PMO. The less you think about PMO? The less power it has over your life/thoughts/feelings.

Could go on for ages giving advice! But start with that, you may come to me whenever you want - Always here to carry your burden with you! Let's grow together, brother. All the best!

  6. Yes good advice, but I am already doing this I have a morning ritual last almost 35 minutes and a night ritual, I only listen to motivational speeches on my ipod no music. I have a meeting on google hangout with a guy who is helping me conquer this bad habit as well. I pray, I meditate. What else do I have to do, you know what the missing link is having a job, I dont have job right now, but hey I am still applying and after I comeback from spring break I will have a job I believe.

  7. Also PornMustDie I do not even watch TV like I cut that out easy, I workout five a days week, I am on a program on Bodybuilding.com day 53 almost done with this program. I believe having a job and having a girl, not necessarily a girlfriend would help me 120%. No man is an Island and no man can do it alone.

Finding a job. Very important. I believe you'll receive one when the timing is right so keep applying! It will occupy your body and mind.

A girlfriend though? I doubt you should search for that. Let that happen naturally. True, no man should be alone, but you have a community of men with you. Allow yourself to grow more until you can honestly determine that you are ready to enter into relationship. Don't rush it otherwise you risk causing yourself and her a LOT of unnecessary pain.

The job is priority number one. You seem disciplined, that's good. I admire that. May you keep in this good spirit and conquer more demons!

  9. Yes thanks for the reply, you are right. I have been single my whole life never been on a date however, I do want to learn. Yes I am motivational speaker as well. Check this video out if you want https://asuonline.wistia.com/medias/j2wlrm0for I am very disciplined, I read daily self help books and I am always willing to learn more about success. I believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Having a community is huge, but having a community is person is better. Keep sending me more tips and information that will truly be helpful.

I'm still listening/watching your video. I am TOTALLY engrossed. Your speech is so fluid, your confidence is almost tangible, your encouragement is electric! Wow.

Anyway, having a person is really helpful in some cases. Only you can discern whether it's the right move now or later. You seem capable of that.

I'm a counsellor so I just wanna share some advice since our 'hobbies' are linked. We have a responsibility to maintain a good life, a great life, a healthy life. People depend on our success, our strength, our victory. I use that to motivate myself to keep pushing passed all my weaknesses. May you do the same.

Jeez, dude. Your speech is moving. So powerful.

  14. Yes, thank you. I have spoken 198 times and counting, I have a dream of getting paid to speak which will soon become a reality, I believe. I just believe that I quit this little evil habit, My speaking will go to the next level, ie Dr. Eric Thomas, Tony Robbins, Les Brown, I can see myself being mention with these people. The first 10-15 minutes I always change, but the story is always the same. I spoke to 200 girls on Monday and I blew them away, they all felt my energy. I have found why I am put on this earth to change people's lives, through my speaking. Speaking is so powerful, I am practicing daily.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade. I have a saying "Advice is cheap". I always want to know what works for you and that is the way I give advice. "This is what works for me" then I listen. I am a porn addict and once I realized that I started to recover. Only you get to say you are a porn addict - no one else gets to tell you that. I have found that the web site Yourbrainonporn.com has a lot of really helpful info and videos.
