I'm a married 45 year old male with three kids. Managed to get on top of porn addiction a few years ago through the use of accountability software and filters but still masturbate about once or twice a week in addition to sex with my wife (which is about once a fortnight!) I would just really like to stop masturbating and have been trying without success for 25 years! In part my personal motivation comes from my Christian faith and my desire to honour God with my sexuality. So I guess I want to go PM for 90 days! I would love to know how I can download a counter to my laptop in some form. Any advice gratefully received. Cheers!
