From PIED to PE

    So I am on day 13 of the NoFap diet. The goal was to fix my PIED which has been a reaccuring problem in my life. I have a SO that I'm sexually active with.

    Today, I started to struggle a bit with the ED for a second, to the point I said it "It may not work today love" which she replied a good solid "It's alright babe."

    I realized I most likely wasn't working due to the fact I was worried about my little guy working, and my anxiety disappeared and I worked great.

    Kind of.

    This is about the 3rd time in a row I have lasted maybe 30 seconds. This is very new to me.

    Will this just calm down with time? I'm pretty glad I am having so much less trouble getting up and staying strong until I finish, I just... You know, want her at least somewhat satisfied. ( at least without the use of my hands and mouth. )

    Huh? Agreed, porn is evil... I just want to know if not fapping is going to give me the sexual endurance of a 12 year old temporarily or permanently.

    I guess no one minus myself, but I know what I've seen I know the effect it has had on my mind and relationships. Plus I grew up as a child with parents in the porn industry. Very few children I met growing up with parents in the industry aren't fucked up in some way.

    Porn is evil.
