Hello everyone, My name is Rajoo, I have been struggling with a porn addiction since I was 12 years old. This porn addiction has cost me a lot of time and energy which is why I would like to quit cold-turkey. I accept that I cannot change the past but, what I can do is live in the present moment and control my environment so that I can attain my goal of being porn-free for at least 30days. I know this is not going to be an easy task to accomplish but, I will put my best foot forward and take one day at a time to reach my goal. Determination is a definition of self-regulation, therefore moving foward and sending negative energy backward can form one path to self-realization. Inspiration from others shall result in the creation of a higher level of motivation, which we will use towards positive energy generation. Thank you
