I was on a streak an then i went on a relapse binge. Im now starting again and on day 2. How long will it take to get my benefits back? When will i see improvement cause im going back to school on monday. (Which will be day 5) will i have benefits by day 5???
Everyone's situation varies. did you grow up watching porn with the Internet? How long have u been watching porn? Etc But I would agree with @Phibz and just wait till 90 days and then you'll most likely notice the benefits. Perhaps even before 90 days but just be patient.
