@abby first of all congratulations, you are on the right part. I am just like you, I started acting on suppressing my porn and masturbation addiction recently. The first few days are the hardest, be optimistic that it will get easier and it does. This hope that you will be able break free from this addiction and it will get easier, is really important and you can use this hope as a tool to fight the urges you get. I would also suggest you create a counter like many of the member here have, using this you can set goals. For instance you set a seven day goal and achieve it, that sense of accomplishment is huge and a driving force that will help you. All the best, Keep fighting and keep posting.
