Hey guys, my longest without fapping is 32 days. After that relapse, I haven't been able to get going again. Einstein says it's insanity to try and do the same thing expecting different outcomes.
    Therefore I thought of this:
It's starts from a mindset of knowing that in all likelihood you will relapse, so therefore it brings that fact into consideration.
Basically, what will happen is next month (April) I'll masturbate 9 times; in May, 8 times; in June, 7 times; and so on until after it goes down to one in a month, and then it's zero. Slowly but surely, my rate of masturbation is decreased. And I'll very loosely plan around which times I masturbate, but without it becoming routine.
So that's a thought I had. What if you guys think?

My suggestion is to just try again. If you start out believing that you will relapse, you will. If you instead believe that you won't, you are much more likely to be successful.

Sounds like a bit of a justification to fap if you ask me. Cold turkey is the only way to go bro :)

    Hey brother!

I just had my first relaps after 5 weeks without porn.. How did this happen?

I allowed myself to have sex and MO, and I realice right now I am not strong enough to have an orgasm without thinking about porn fantasy, and because I did imagine all kinds of porn related stuff I kept my addictive pathways in my brain aliwe, making me relaps.. I will go all in from now on and stay away from Mo for as long as I cant do it without fantasy

I think this is an interesting theory. On the one hand, I could see this working but only if it leads to going cold turkey, because at the end of the day, that's where we're all trying to get. I do agree with most people that you need to get to a point where you despise porn.

I think most people would agree that every little victory should be celebrated and that if you're doing less and less each month, it's definitely a step in the right direction, but at some point you're going to have to completely stop, and hate porn.
