    Now, answer this question, is your weakness in your control or not?

    It f***ing is. So, don't come here to gain sympathy saying you slided back.

    Do the f***king workout/physical activity everyday.

    Do your meditation.

    Do less. But do it right. Change one habit at a time.

    The end of the video leads to a wonderful quote which basically says,

    Pain is NOTHING when compared to the victory that comes afterwards.


    (A hack I use...If you feel too weak to hold it off for even one day, then try to hold it off for just 3 days. Or Just 1 day. Then even if you slide back down, hold it off for double the previous time. This is called progressive muscle building. Build it like you build a muscle. This is my personal opinion and if cold turkey works for you then go for it.)

    Remember.

    Do less. But do it right. Change one habit at a time.

    There is no problem in your life that has not been solved by someone else in half the time you will take to solve it.

    So, stay strong!
