I do not have energy to start again. I have ruined everything with a small mistake. Guys can you help me? what should i do?
Its the feeling you're going through right now thats making you stronger to resist the urge next time. Your relapse actually helped you more than you know. You really need confidence in beating this addiction, so set a new goal and complete it. I think your goal beforehand may have been too challenging for you at this time. My record is six weeks at a field camp, but I've never gone six weeks at home which is a lot harder as you can imagine. Remember, small steps, this addiction is so much more powerful than we ourselves can understand. Next time fight the urge by going outside, working out, or coming to this website and reading posts.
Already finding reading these posts therapeutic and helping with the cravings... I've been where you are and I know you are stronger than you think you are. You need to pick youself up and move forward a relapse doesn't mean you didn't make progress!

Fall 100 times, get up 101. The resolve to stay clean is within you, I know it is, otherwise you wouldn't even come here. You can do it, just find that light inside!
