It's been 14 days since the last time I've watched porn.I have no idea how I even made it a day without it but I managed to stick in there. The first week was the worst week of my life, all I thought about was giving in and just doing it but I stood strong and decided that it was all for the better. But there is a few things I've noticed since I stopped, good and bad.Like now I'm a lot more confident in myself,I can just feel it.Whenever I'm in public I no longer feel weird and awkward when walking around or just eating at fast food restaurant alone.I also noticed that when I talk to women I'm a lot more calmer and smoother, now I don't always think about how she would look like if she was naked in my bed rather I now focus on her personality rather on her boobs. A very bad thing I've picked up is that I have been acting like a huge asshole towards people due to all the stress I'm going through with school. When talking to friends I now don't take bullshit from them when they do something stupid to me.After I thought about it and I wanted to beat it off because I feel like if I do it I'll be more passive than aggressive.Hopefully I can survive another few weeks without jerking my meat,if anybody's got tips to not give in, go ahead and shoot a comment.I'll be glad to read 'em.Cheers guys.

Well @PourAnother for you personal issue i would recommend getting one of two things.

First i would look into an exorcise routine or some other such activity that will allow you to release natural endorphins and get some of your aggression and energy out safely. It will level your mood and it never hurts to be more healthy. The benefits are numerous and its a great way to fill the gaps in your day left behind by the absence of P.

Second i would recommend mindfulness techniques (Which are too numerous to count) and or meditation. Though i myself was skeptical at first meditation has allowed me to feel more balanced whenever i feel "off".

Also it never hurts to WRITE out some personal goals. An idea is not real until it reaches paper!
