I'm the master of my domain dammitt!

This is day 8 of nofap. I'm a 39yrs old and been faping for a long damn time. I was on a faping spree for close to a year. My girlfriend died on nov 2nd last year suddenly and I was in a psychotic daze for a while after (sometimes I still drift in and out). I decided to take some time then get back out on the scene around March, but found myself nightly on porn.com looking for the right date for 3-5 minutes. I was faping before then, but I took it to a new level. I'm glad to say I'm on day 8 and I'm seeing an improvement already. Just today, I saw a female I was interested in a few weeks ago, but we fell out over something stupid, so I told her we need to part ways. Mind you we never had the chance to have sex, but I screwed her every kind of way without her knowing. Today, I seen her and I just thought of walking past her, but I stopped and made small talk and I smoothed things over. That would have never happened if I was still faping. I want the real thing!
