I've had sexual thoughts about more than just colleagues, haha... It's fine, it's not your fault—this is what addiction looks like. From my experience, I can say that after I got a job (after a long time of unemployment), I felt so much better. Many of my mental issues vanished once I started working. Of course, you need to find a job that you enjoy to some extent. My advice is to look for a simple, modest job with minimal stress or competitive nonsense, like in the corporate world. Maybe something involving children or animals... You need to reconnect with your humanity.
