Hi bfalo, Just another thought: you definitely had a reason to _reset_ your counter for not yet having reached your personsl goal; whether you need to apply then right away the more dramatically sounding medical term of a _relapse_ into addiction, is another question… i personally find it helpful and a bit encouraging the way how the Nofap team (and I think also the “Getting Started” guide) explains the difference. (It is subtle though I sdmit, and some may prefer to be hard on themselves by using strong language)
