    Day 13

I have been making progress by not just focusing on goals, but also doing things that I really enjoy. As long as it's hobbies that don't turn into a bad habit. After work I plan on going to the bookstore for an Alan Watts book, and getting some Epsom salts for a hot bath. On my days off next week I have a pretty solid plan of what I want to do. Some time focusing on my goals, as well as some time to relax.

In the past I wouldn't have any plan of what to do with my time off from work and inevitably it would turn into a binge fest of video games or pmo.

    Thanks!

    Workdays:
Wake up around 6/6:30. I get dressed, meditate for 10-15 min.
At 7:00 I start making my breakfast (takes about 20-30 min to cook my steel cut oats) and while cooking I usually listen to a Spanish class or I am reading / doing some Spanish homework. I eat my breakfast for about 20-30 minutes with no distractions apart from some easy piano music in the background.
Around 8/8:30 I start up my work laptop, read a few emails and what I'm going to do that day for 30 min. I make my coffee (manually grinded coffee beans) which takes me another 15 minutes to make / drink.
I continue to work till 11:00 and then I go to the gym for about 2-2,5 hours
Come home around 1/1:30 pm and start making lunch (usually rice, meat, eggs and broccoli) and have a cup of Japenese green tea.
I work from 2 till about 5:30/6 pm and then I go shower and on Monday evenings I go to my Spanish class. Other evenings I either go for a walk (with the neighbors dog), have my salsa dancing class, read a fiction book, study some more Spanish (if I have the energy), watch something educational on YouTube, have a date with a lady, or I just sit on my couch and look out the window and enjoy being by myself and digest my thoughts. Usually I go to bed at around 9:45/10pm.

Weekends are more or less the same except instead of working I meet up with friends / family or I go to salsa parties to dance. Some weekends I go in nature for a 2-3 hour hike.

Oh and I check my emails / Whatsapp messages max 3 times per day.

I'm enjoying almost all the times of the day:
I enjoy my meditation in the morning
I enjoy my healthy and super tasty breakfast/lunch and dinner
I love my manually grounded coffee
Work is about 30% really enjoyable, 30% fun and rest of the time acceptable
I love working out, have a great gym and still making progress
I love learning a new language, go dancing, etc.

And when I'm tired of it all I can really really charge up from a 10-20 min nap or just sitting on my couch and reading a book or just stare out the window. Currently I never ever have a single moment where I was a victim of my cravings and lusts and felt ashamed afterwards. Which in the past I had the most with porn / searching for escorts and from time to time quite some from eating junkfood or binge watching some stupid series on NetFlix.

Maybe you guys mentioned it when it happened, that Akira Toriyama died recently. What a legend.

I actually started watching Dragon Ball again, and just before he died too. And I'm watching one episode a week, every Friday. I never got to see it on TV because I'm too young and I like the weekly viewing of it. I can't do binge watching anymore, and having that every Friday gives me something to look forward to. In a weird way it helps me to feel like the adventure of DB is helping me with my nofap journey. The progress the characters make in the story is like the progress I make in my own story. The next episode is where they got captured by Emepror Pilaf and he stole the last dragon ball. This is a lot more fun than binge watching too.

That is incredible. Did you have any issue with withdrawal symptoms? Some days I feel it so bad it saps all of my energy, I get a headache and chest pains from anxiety and I just feel like going to sleep. But the next day I'll have a lot more energy. Those withdrawal symptoms days can be really hard though.

    Day 64

I have two weeks left to get ready for two important things as a martial artist myself: Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament, and the black belt test in taekwon-do to determine for the rank of 3rd degree black belt. I gotta finish the story.

And today marks my 10th anniversary of being in this NoFap site. I can't believe how time flies so fast after being part of this community for so long.

I gotta finish the story by reaching my 6½ months streak that I've had a long time ago. 4 years ago, I reached 5 months (160 days) without PMO until I fell down and got stuck in the hole since then, but I kept fighting for my freedom as I kept climbing out of the whole until now. I won't stop rising up until my very last breath.

Yes man let's go! I think it's important for us to have goals and to reach to improve ourselves. I don't think getting over this addiction is possible otherwise.

    Day 14

Last night I was having withdrawal symptoms of lethargy, groginess and headache. I found it difficult to focus on the book I was reading so I went to sleep early. Even though I still didn't get enough sleep I still feel better today than yesterday. My mental fatigue is gone and I plan on being active at home after I get off of work.

    Day 15 Elite Warrior!

Today is a day to remind myself that making mistakes in life is not a reason to relapse into pmo. I stayed up drinking last night and remembering someone dear to me that passed away 15 years ago. That would be a weird reason to relapse, not that that is erotic in some weird way, but that I felt depressed last night and drank too much which can be a trigger for me to relapse. I'm okay today, mostly, I just have a hangover. But I messaged my therapist last night to make an appointment to talk to him, because I'm not sure how to handle still my cousin who died so many years ago. He stole $100 from me at the time just before he died, and he was a drug dealer. At the funeral I looked into the faces of his family and felt there was absolutely no reason to ask them for any compensation. I would like to tell them how much he meant to me, and how he suppressed his true self. That he wanted to be a good person and that he was trying.

I used to have quite bad days: grogginess, generally tired, lethargic, zero libido. It was the worst around the first 1-2 months. Nowadays I have zero and enjoy simple things in life much better. But that's also due to dropping all other high dopamine activities (junkfood, drinking, social media, etc)
