0/3 Back to the drawing board. I need to focus on short streak first before I start to build longer ones. I'm getting better and better at 2-day streaks, though.
Cheers, I hit 3 days being away. Will do it properly here, and move on to 7 days. Keen to try some urge control techniques.
That's good progress and once you get the process down for the two-day streaks it will be easier to carry it over through the days 3 & 4 & ... until you look up one day and your in midst of a longer streak (That's my theory anyway , I haven't got there yet, but I'm optimistic for all of us who are putting in this work!
Distraction has been my go to, I just try to remind myself that everything else that I want to accomplish will get way easier once I beat this addiction and so doing anything besides PMO is good and then try to study or listen to soothing music or in some cases just YT shorts
