Had to face some strong urges yesterday but did not give in.
I am on vacation these days so trying to chill a bit.
I am still in the job interviewing process, hopefully something will come of it soon.
@Lexro84 spectacular progress going through all this stress and not being triggered, really admirable.

Yesterday I went to delete my old reddit account. I didn't visit reddit about 2 years. I created it when I was addicted to pmo. I forgot that .After I went to reddit , I saw some bad pictures and after that I Scroll throw the adult content in reddit. I didn't engage MO. But I'm sorry brothers!

Fell down last week, but keeping the momentum going. As long as we don't give up, we will never loose. Just because you fall it doesn't ease all the progress and positivity you've brought into your life. Such as consistent training, reading, eating well, financial strength etc. It doesn't go away brothers, we just dust ourselves off and keep going until the end

@Baki Hanma you haven't failed brother. You are at 170. Seeing something provocative doesn't do anything. Keep going, you got this

 

Day 50

I have 4 weeks to get myself prepared for the taekwon-do test to earn the rank of 3rd Degree blackbelt, and to also be prepared for the next Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament; and this time I'll be going no-gi.
