500+ days.

So I just opened this after so many days, and saw I have crossed more than 500 days in not using porn. I am giving various challenges myself as of not to MO or ejaculate too, but even if those streak breaks I am not going down spiral and that's why not using porn I have managed to go this far. So the reason I can say to start this i can tell, talking about symptoms there were not much but yes addiction to porn and masturbation was there, rest all there was none, and the reason to start this was to get talking with girls because that time I realised that I was not good talking with girls also didn't have girlfriend, so when I came to know about this nofap and how when completing 90 days we will be good with talking to girls and even get girlfriend so I started doing this, also heard about these superpowers and things.

So talking about the benefits, had many during this journey, let's talk as i am writing at this stage what benefits as I have crossed 500+ days of not using porn. So even if I am masturbating in not using porn still I am in same state as I was during Nofap full no ejaculation mode as I am . I can talk with girls same as how I talk with boys, that was not the prior the thing when I was not doing not using porn.
