How do I deal with blue balls? I relapsed, but that tightness and the aching sensation felt almost unbearable. Does anyone have an alternative to dealing with this instead of the obvious?

Have any outlet/rewards that give you a reason NOT to fap? (Physical touch, personal pleasure foods, rewarding activities)

When you put it like that, It sounds obvious. Mazlow’s needs and all that.
    1. If I had the money, I’d buy an escort, voiding my inherent urge to PMO. I’ve always been a quality guy, so my reward system regarding that wouldn’t be dependent on the “perfect high” (Not here to discuss the moral intricacies of that practice and sex is not my problem, it’s my access to it).
    2. I eat decadent garbage anyway, so I may need to cut that out to rewire it.
    3. Like sugary food, I play video games and watch only documentaries pertinent to my interest in skillset (no binge watching I cannot stomach that). I had an intervention with myself about its usage so I’m not playing a title until this weekend. I’m doing cardio today also.

    I’ll look into it.

Alright, lets knock these things out, one at a time.

1st; No need to hire an escort for the Girlfriend Experience, go one level below and see what you have on massage therapists that offer happy endings then some. The goal is to regain your touch, and you cannot touch yourself. Once you have a taste of it, you can sit in front of a computer, and you'll always go back to that one time you had someone else please you.

2nd; Research "Carnivore Diet". 30-days, try it, get your power back on. Even harder, stay under a cold shower for 1 to 5 minutes. It'll kickstart your liver to combat the cold.

3rd; Sugar is a mitochondria blocker. The more you have it, the less power you have to dish it (Physical or sexual). Your nodes are fried with the High. A digital Detox is good, the titles now are... way below par, even the MMOs except FF14, deep story there. As for the cardio, work smarter, not harder. Dave Asprey has some methods of getting one's body back in order, and his list does shed some light on how to get your power back.

I.E. Vitamin D consumption. For every 25 lbs you weight, take 1,000 IU (International Units) of Vitamin D. For me, I weigh 250 lbs, so I take 10 KIU (Kilo International Units).

    Start small.

10.000 IU/day or month? 10.000 IU/day is crazy! Vitamin D is an hormone more than a vitamin and you can get intoxication if you get too much of it (and also other problems as well that affects some organs). Without a deficit, you need no more than 400 IU/day, and between 1.500/2.500 IU/day if you have some deficit.

Just my opinion based on my experience, but that piece of advice to go to a massage parlor might be the 2nd worst idea in this message thread, with your idea of going to an escort (or as i like to call them prostitutes because that it what they are) being the worst idea. Yes you will receive the touch you desire but your addiction will get worse and a lot more expensive. Fortunately at my worst, I was able to keep myself from meeting a prostitute. I did call a few times, but chickened out each time (fear of STD, fear of police sting, etc). I have also seen many posts on here from guys that went to a prostitute thinking they were going to have a great time and they always regret it afterwards. Either the picture from the ad looked nothing like the woman or it was a quick blowjob and they were out there in 10 minutes feeling worse then before they went in. Think about the following when you consider going to a prostitute:
    1. If you could not find them online, and still had to go drive to the worst parts of town, and pick one up standing on a street corner, would you even be thinking about doing it?
    2. Most likely they are either a junkie or being forced into this work.
    3. You book an appointment, get to the hotel, start walking down the hallway, see a guy come out of a room and walk past you, and then you realize he came out of the room you are going to. Would you really want to be with her at that moment?
    4. You book an appointment, get to the hotel, go into the room, give her the money, and then in come the cops on a police sting operation. Now you're being arrested and have a record that you would need to disclose to potential future employers. Or even worse have to call a family member or friend to bail you out of jail and explain to them what you did.
    5. You book an appointment, get to the hotel, do the deed and walk away thinking nothing is wrong. A few days later you feel an itch down there and it hurts to pee. You've just caught an STD. Congratulations hope it is a curable one with some antibiotics and treatment.

I never went to a massage parlor, but have gone to the strip clubs many times. I never had sex with any of the strippers, but i have gotten plenty of hand jobs in the VIP room. Whenever I went to a strip club, my addiction always got worse for the next couple of weeks. Now i had that sensation of touch by someone else, I wanted to be touched more. Not only that, but the amount of porn I would watch the following weeks increased too. I remember one time I went to a strip club to see the same stripper for 3 weeks in a row, each time spending more money with her until the logical part of my brain kicked in and reminded myself that she is only working me for the money and now I was out close to 3 grand over those 3 weeks.

10,000 IU per day. No intoxication. Go beyond your recommended intake, and you'll face a buildup of calcium in your blood (hypercalcemia), which can cause nausea and vomiting, weakness, and frequent urination. Vitamin D toxicity might progress to bone pain and kidney problems, such as the formation of calcium stones

Vitamin D. As the most important supplement, Vitamin D influences more than 1,000 different genes and serves as a cofactor for sex hormones like testosterone, human growth hormone, and estrogen. It plays a role in immunity, regulating inflammation, calcium metabolism, and bone development. It’s no coincidence this is one of the few vitamins the human body can synthesize on its own. It’s true – you can get plenty of vitamin D from sun exposure, but for non-nudist, non-equatorial dwellers, relying on the sun alone is probably not sufficient. Because this is a fat-soluble vitamin, it is important to test your vitamin D levels before dosing at levels more than 1,000-2,000 IU. Too much vitamin D in supplement form can lead to toxicity. Dose: 1,000 IU / 25 pounds of body weight.*

Go for a run. It directs blood away from your package and gives you an alternate form of high than orgasm. Failing that, a long walk with a good podcast or album.

Your body needs to get used to and eventually overcome the blue balls feeling.

Massage parlor / escort is just feeding the addiction and underlying problem but 10-100x more. Don’t do that.
