Wasup guys been A minute since I post on here , lately I been dealing with lots of urges n temptations with different women even escorts n being that I been giving in for quite some time urges are at A high guess that’s expected but now I’m trying my hardest to stray away from that n stay to myself wasted lots of time and money and jus overall tired of the guilt that comes with fornication, so starting today starting my first day of semen retention

@Andy1517 you're making a great decision man. Probably one of the best you can make in your lifetime. Do your best to stay mindful of your thoughts. In my experience this helps a lot.

There's a lot of hope here in this community. Many of us, me included, struggle with similar issues and addictions.

The only way I got sober and stay stopped is by consistently taking action to work a program of recovery in to my life. For me, it's all or nothing...and nothing takes me to the deepest hells of existence.
