Hate flashback...

    This actually happened a year ago... I just realized, at that time i was extremely depressed, so the thought of going back to addiction was really strong... I wasn't dare to do anything stupid but.. i did tried to rub the area around balls but not rubbing my balls... And that was it, i did nothing else. I'm just doubt whether this count as relapse or not. I seriously hate flashbacks more than triggers.

    I think the rubbing of balls during a reboot will always be a "red flag" but I think there are some gems in your post here.

    Why are you (or were you) extremely depressed? Why do you hate flashbacks more than triggers?
