Gratitude journal

Lol, I'm still grateful for this thread!

Also, grateful for sunshine today after a few days of sleet and snow.

Grateful for tax return that was spent on my first apple watch, so I can start pacing my runs, starting on this sunny day.

Also grateful for my family, my coworkers that make work bearable, my close buddy that makes free time worthwhile, and my cat that makes my apartment feel like home.

And lastly, I'm grateful (when I can manage to be, like today..) for the various struggles I've had with whiskey, smokes, benzos and porn addictions over the last decade, as they've forced me to think deeply about wtf I actually want in life, and what living a meaningful life really looks like for me.

 

Already feeling despondent might need a log to track the moodswings I like the idea of this but I habitually fail at gratitude...terrible attitude...the war rages on...

How often I take my organs for granted...

Recently stumbled upon a blind man, fully blind on social media...stated his blindness did not define him.

To think how I misuse my eyesight some people find so far out of reach and precious as they have none
