7/14 I must not take this benchmark as a reason to PMO. PMOing every seven days is NOT okay. It's too frequent to overcome a bad bad habit. If I want to turn my life around and be happy I must not PMO today. PMO is the way to unhappiness.
I can feel how dead my heart is. I no longer feel any emotions in life. A year ago I was so alive, I could feel the intensity of every emotion whether sadness or happiness or anger or love or lust whatever it was. To become alive again, I must complete a 90 day challenge again. Biut before that I am going to focus on just going through this 14 day challenge and that too one day at a time.
