I used to believe that doing challenges like these helped me out. The truth though is that at the end of the day, the second you stop being serious about quitting is the same second that you consider looking at porn, and I think you get the rest.

On a different note, I believe there are some people who genuinely take challenges like these seriously, so if it works for you, great! Keep on making challenges! But always keep in mind what I bolded above.
