Back from a long relapse. Computer ran out of memory from downloads. Life becoming unmanageable. I have an accountability partner to check in daily. I have to remember it’s only one day at a time.

Lost a week due to an incident one week ago. I thought I was "in-bounds" at the time, but afterward I realized that while it might have been technically in-bounds, it didn't sit well. It's not like I could tell all of you exactly what it was and you'd go "oh, yeah, that doesn't matter". I've reset the counter. I talk about it more in my journal.

 

Starting over today. Really determined to stop screwing around and get through this. 0/90.
