Hello i'm new in this forum. Not new with fighting addictions. Most of them gone (alcohol, cigarettes). PMO is one of them, and NOT YET gone.

I had some couple of days off PMO streaks last month but i think i need full stop, there is no way around for some people prone to addictions. Maybe keeping track here everyday will give me some motivation to keep my web browser clean and my hands empty.
