New here, where do I start?

Hi, im 28, so I've been watching porn since probably age 12 (thanks internet!) but I'd never really considered myself as having a problem until I got married, and a few years back my wife found my search history, and surprise, it's a lot of shit she's not cool with. Nothing outright extreme, mostly lesbian porn, trans porn at the weirder end of it.

So naturally I didn't stop, I'd just delete my search history and move on, lie to her, tell her I wasn't watching porn, and the secret kinda just grew bigger. started subscribing to onlyfans accounts, etc, and blew a shit ton of money on that, and naturally i get caught again, which of course leads to drama, and now here I am potentially facing the end of my marriage because I'm helpless to stop something as stupid as watching porn. I never really saw it as an issue until I realized how much of my time and money was going into scratching that itch, i guess?

So I realize I need to do something different but I'm not too sure where to start, if anyone had some guidance I'd appreciate it.
