I stuffed up twice in the last few days, so am going back to the three day challenge.

I'm at Day 21. I don't know how to channel my energy towards my goals. I am not taking my Goals as serious, cuz I'm giving time to heal my brain. i think the time has come. So i want to channel my energy towards my goals. Any tips and tricks? I don't know why i'm choosing something else to do instead of studying. Anyone please guide me to how to work on goals instead of something else.
