Day 98/150. I’m resetting by 40 days. Woke up this morning to a wet dream. Had a shower. You don’t lose all your progress I’ve been through it before. I will soon be joining the gym and will walk every other morning on a treadmill and’s in 40 days recuperate what I’ve lost. The semen or cerebra spinal fluid as it’s scientifically known renews every 30 days. So for 30 days i will try my best to exercise and replenish through diet and prayers. I’m really sorry guys I’ve let myself and others down. It was Facebook that triggered it in early hours. I shouldn’t have reactivated it i will delete it now. This means no environmental triggers and streaks will be longer and more rewarding. I hope God will forgive me.
