Already reached DAY 9. It's been much easier than I expected mostly because I was focused so much on my studies. The next couple months can be every easy for me if I continue to focus on my studies since I have to do so urgently. This is now my longest streak in many months. I could not get past Day 7 previously but now I have finally gone past it. I can already feel the changes. My thoughts feel so clean these days, I never get any perverted thoughts. My self-confidence is much better. I feel much more rested throughout the day.

Now I need to make sure I stay grateful for these changes and not be ungrateful by relapsing again. I have gone past the hardest days , now is the easier phase so let's make sure I don't fail in the easy phase.

Day 1:

Started diving into real estate today.
Had a few edgings but I could control myself.
Deleted tiktok and Instagram.
Switched my browser to safe mode.
