Personally a common trigger that makes me relapse is whenever I dwell back on the past at situations where I've been unfairly treated by someone, usually in the form of gaslight or manipulation (ie with my previous manager who used to take me for granted at work).

I have this tendency to look back at those past confrontations I would have and replay the scenario justifying to myself why these people are in the wrong and how I should've stood up for myself back then. Those thoughts would of course trigger me to want to relapse as it would induce stress in me, therefore looking for an easy way out by watching porn.

Anyone else experience similar issue? And what do you normally do to deal with it?

Yes, its pretty easy to end up looking for cheap relief sources when your stressed. Usually, moving my body like stretching or simple chores like hanging up the laundry helps if its a mild level stress. For really stressful situations:

-->I'll take a break from wtv I was doing, go out, get some fresh air, get a snack, meditate, touch some grass, etc (avoid screens)
-->You brain is probably flooding with excuses rn so it helps to prepare notes beforehand explaining why this won't make you feel better on the long run even if it provides instant relief for the moment. Only you can convince yourself to resist here pal.
-->I avoid giving myself the opportunity to do it by leaving the door open/being in sight of people if there are other people in the same building/area as me (I would move myself from the person/people I am stressed because of if the cause is a person, but I won't give myself enough privacy to end up doing it)

Those are some good tips right there, I think doing anything else than being on your screen is definitely something for me to work on.
