Hello guys. I am suffering from pmo for 13 years. I spent lots of my time by doing pmo and also developed some sexual dysfunction. But for the last two years I am facing a weird problem. When I ejaculate my blood pressure gets high after that and it persist for multiple days. It becomes 150/100 sometimes. When the bp gets high I start fasting. After 1 -2 days of fasting bp gets normal. Every time I pmo the same thing is happening. I am very much afraid about this issue. Does anyone face this type of issue guys?
i have high blood pressure but its not related to pmo, i had to lose weight, like 30lbs , stop alcohol, stop salt stop high sugar. porn is not causing you high blood pressure, unless it is causing some sort of physical or mental distress i fasted 4 days and my blood pressure begin to normalise . but i habe a long way to go one fast is not enough for me to correct my high blood pressure i need to get down to low digits bodyfat and change my whole lifesytle . high bp is serious at a young age i read if you get high blood pressure under the age of 55 you are at higher risk for heart disease at 55 even if you lower it at 55, so yeah i need to take how i treat my body much more seriously one or two fasts is not enough. if your of normal bodyweight and you dont have high sodium or sugar or caffeine intake then its potentially individual you should consult a doctor about it and they can tell you wether you have too much weight or salt or sugar in the blood etc but i doubt its because of porn, any physical activity temporarily increases blood pressure, but it should normalise of its constant then its diet or lifestyle thats the cause
That's explainable imho. I suffered from serious chest pain after a relapse. Not once but multiple times. It proves me that pmo is causes enormous inner tensions which starts in our spirit. Another reason to quit this shit.
pmo is not the cause you have underlying high blood pressure by the sounds of it that said i do think porn over excites the sympathetic nervous system as does any physical or mental activity

I am 28 and am im normal body weight. But i have high ldl cholesterol. Doctor said cholesterols may lead to high bp. But my concern is, if it is related to high cholesterol then I should suffer from bp even without no pmo situation. But it is only increasing after ejaculation!
yes thats normal, sex reduces blood pressure overall and the risk is incredibly small , if you're concerned speak to you doctor this is normal shit.

everything physical including mental increases blood pressure and then it comes back down again The changes to quit porn usually dont just result in one discipline but many such as going outside, exercising, and eating a healthier diet all of which lower blood pressure show some evidence porn causes hypertension
So you are still bound to your porn usage. I hope you will become free of that, and I also hope you will see your blood pressure become normal during that proces. And of course, there are a lot of other factors related. Porn is only the top of the iceberg, the plaster on the wound.

this could be related to hyperthyroïdism since pmo affect the immune system , i'd check it out if i was you , a very probable cause.
