How long does it take to recover from one session?

There is no straight answer. The answer will be different for everybody. For me personally, I don't think one short relapse will be the end of the world or will undo all of your progress.

However, the risk here isn't doing a "1-10 minute session". The risk here is that it could blow out to multiple sessions stretching several hours once you lose your momentum, and that would set you back a lot more.

For me, there isn't really all that much to gain from doing PMO "Just one time" anyway, but there's potentially a lot to lose.

 

For myself if I did PMO in night my morning is fuc*ed up because of that my half day is fuc*ed up . after doing workout I feel good . But It almost take one day to recover from the feeling of guit and underconfidence

 

I'm 51 years old and relapsed for the 9 times after 1 year ...so Many tension and long waiting hour looking for pulses of Dopamin drive to do such stupid thing ..unfortunately did it afterlooking to social media vids and porn movies and live show ...I can't get rid of it .
