Things are going smoothly now. A few days ago, I was on the edge of relapsing but now I'm much better!

It might be because I haven't PMO'd in a while or I'm recovering but I feel as though it's not the PMO that matters but what you choose to do after it, you can choose to binge and continue to lose progress or you can forgive yourself for PMOing and try to continue on with your life one small step at a time
