Being really sensitive during nofap

Hi.
So I'm in about 14 days in nofap monk mode and some health issue happened that gave me a near constant pain. I couldn't handle it today and yesterday and ended up crying and doing some panic attack.
The thing is, I already had that pain last year but it didn't affect me near remotely the same.
It's uncomfortable, sure, but there are much worst pain in life. And I feel like I'm overreacting but I don't have any control about it. It's like some external factor is affecting my behavior.

My question was if something similar happened to you.

 

It's not related. But I'm saying it's harder to handle the pain while abstaining.
