Day 10/150. I completed a 100 day challenge a few months ago and then I thought I got this and I was in control of my desires. I was so wrong. I relapsed after that challenge. I have been trying get back on track since then. I get to 9 days of nofap and then I give in. I complete 10 days today. It’s a major milestone in my journey for a 150 day nofap challenge. Just don’t give up guys. We can do this.
