Some advice to nofappers (especially ones who relapse frequently)

I know some people may say "that could never be me, I'm not that insane" it's important to point out though that most internet porn today is quite extreme anyway so even if your properly trying to quit and your getting like a couple of days off or your even just lowering your consumption of porn and what type of porn you watch, is still progress in beating your addiction. The video serves as a lesson on what porn addiction can do to someone and I hope that you don't give up because really I think the main lesson you can take from people on pornfree or nofap is that we need to be aware of the effects of porn.

My advice is to not focus on getting a certain streak but rather focus on eliminating porn and then if you get urges and you know you are going to relapse, focus on just doing it to a woman on a magazine or something. Then focus on beating your streak from there while avoiding porn. Relapsing isn't bad if it's just a relapse without porn especially if it's not that frequent because its the extreme porn that is the issue not so much the jacking off unless its extremely frequent.
