    @Simorgh You win brother, I fell at a week... Still I actually feel pretty good on the nofap front. I have mostly been focused on the inner world stuff and FINNALLY it is starting to pay off.

    I am going to move away from dueling for awhile, so I'll check-in less often as I finish this program I am in and then we will see what comes next... I am not planning to binge (promise) and my counter is set and will be accurate. I will still report relapses for accountability.

    @Talz Sorry to hear that. But thanks for the victory. If it's of any help I relapsed last night right after you. It's just been a slippery slope ever since the incident with my GF... But ready to take on another one!

    I was scrolling instagram and one of the post a porn scene, not nude just u know the intro and stuff, i was curious and search for it on the porn site, upon searching i seeing some preview, u know like when u 1 click the video ur not entering the video yet but it will show like 3 pic of the video of it... that suck but yeah man a slip is a slip, i wont tolerate it
