Are they common with PMO addicts? I've been getting frequent attacks since Spring 2021 now and though they've lessened in pain over time and are far less debilitating, they're still a massive nuisance.

Has anybody else had this problem?

I think it is common for everyone sometimes. If you have long streak, and you do pmo, you can get headache because of the really high artificial dopamine spike, but that is just my theory.

  3. Did anything else noteworthy happen to you (medically) in 2021?

Yes, I had Covid in December 2020. And from coughing for months afterwadds, it triggered chronic migraines.

  5. "Covid" isn't what has given you migraines for 2.5 years. Did you take the vaks?

I get them after masturbating to porn, a day later sometimes even. You are not alone.

  9. Sounds to me like an orgasm hangover. I didn't know that was a thing until last week. I would develop the following symptoms:

    1) Pounding headache
    2) Side aches (around kidneys)
    3) Difficulty passing urine
    4) Grogginess/fatigue
    5) Feeling lightheaded (almost like I want to pass out)
    6) Dry eyes

@ifthisislove Does this sound like you at all?

I get all of those except for 2 and maybe 3.

  11. Ouch. From personal experience, it goes away by itself, but how soon depends on the person.

Yeah, they get worse after a fucking binge but I didn't binge last night (but still relapsed) and am back on the horse today. I am feeling it sort of, but I am hopeful.

Right now I do have a small migraine behind my eye that is a bit pulsating, but nowhere near as bad as it was last night, on the right side of my head, in the temple area.

I can confirm that wet dreams sometimes also bring headaches.

I had not one, but two (!) separate nocturnal emissions last night (I previously didn't even think it was possible), and today I had one of the worst headaches I've had in a long while.

  16. What you consider as binge??

I frequently get migraines too. This has been happening to me for some time now. I’m starting to think I suffer from chronic migraines? I also think it could’ve been to my PMO habit. It doesn’t feel normal to me that I get them almost everyday though. Usually they come and go. I take some over the counter medicine to help, but now it’s to the point where I’m going to go see a doctor.

Update: my migraines have lessened the less I PMO and change up my diet. The fewer foods I eat that irritate my gut, i.e. gluten, dairy, chilli etc, the better. I researched that migraines are more to do with how much the gut is irritated rather than anything wrong with one's head per se.
