Low urges these days. Had sex yesterday, any ED problems. Was good!!!
Today I didn't worked out (I had to go out early) but take cold shower at least.
Tomorrow I will return with my exercises rutine

Day 2. Had a weak moment on Saturday, so I'm back where I started. I really need to destroy that ring though.

Day 0!

A reset; did succumb to some MO, because of some doubt combined with depression and lot's of anxiety. It wasn't even that good and didn't fix anything, so I don't even care about doing it again. Also still haven't watched P though, so I still have my no porn streak of over 200 days still going on, so at least that's good.

Resetting my no PMOPS streak in this challenge, but will still keep going by my Lite Mode streak in other challenges that have simply no porn rule.

I don't really consider this a relapse to be honest; I've reminded of a post that was posted a long time by an Admin account—Masturbating once is not a "relapse" it's a "reset" - Risky/excessive masturbation can be a relapse—I think this makes sense! I mean if a person who is on a diet is beating themselves up for having an apple you would think they have an eating disorder, the same way I don't want to freak out about a small MO reset, it's the porn that is the real problem, just gonna get back into it and build my streak back up, it's whatever...

So this is more of a just technical reset for me, but it is what it is...

Had a temptation to fap. resulted from having nothing to occupy my time.
Actually my extension chord blew yesterday, thus today I was away from my system.
I managed to patch up the broken chord, now I'm back doing what I'm suppose to to counter the urge.

I've ordered a new one and it isn't arriving until monday.
